Founder and Managing Director
Lyndon founded Expansive EDGE with a clear mission: to help small to medium-sized businesses centralize their business knowledge and drive continuous improvement.
With two decades of experience in projects and design, where precision, process, analytics, and innovation are non-negotiable – Lyndon served the mining and construction sectors, leading a variety of complex projects primarily in the robotics and automation industry.
Lyndon has worked with teams in six continents across the globe and understands the value of investing in systematized operations, documented processes, leadership development, and continuous improvement initiatives when growing and scaling operations.
His expertise in project management, enhanced by his studies in business administration, set the stage for a new chapter in 2020 when he transitioned into business consulting and relocated to Canada.
At Expansive EDGE, Lyndon and his team focus on providing operational leadership and building systems that empower businesses to scale, innovate, and create meaningful opportunities. He is dedicated to reshaping how businesses operate, one process at a time.

Being from South Africa, Amber prioritizes a healthy work-life balance. When she’s not strategizing and driving results, you’ll find her enjoying the outdoors with her family, cherishing moments with her baby (welcomed in 2023!), or hitting the pavement for an invigorating run.
